Welcome to EliteFrenchMastery. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.elitefrenchmastery.com (the “Site”) and services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

  1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site and Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

  2. Account Creation: You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential.

Payment and Refunds

1. Payment Terms

All payments for courses offered by EliteFrenchMastery (“the Company”) are processed securely through verified third-party payment providers. By purchasing a course, the Participant (“Enrollee”) agrees to our pricing and payment terms, including any installment payment plans selected at the time of purchase.

2. Refund Policy:

Refund Policy

All purchases are final. By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and agree that all subscriptions and payment plans are non-refundable under any circumstances.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges, but payments that have already been processed cannot be refunded.

This policy applies equally to all clients to ensure fairness and consistency.

 

     

 

 

Coaching Sessions & Scheduling Policy

By enrolling in any coaching program with Elite French Mastery, you agree to the following scheduling terms:

  • ✅ Sessions are provided monthly, based on your selected package.

  • ✅ You are responsible for booking and attending your sessions during the current month.

  • ❌ No rollover. No accumulation. No doubling up.

  • ❌ Missed sessions are forfeited and do not carry over to the next month for any reason.

  • ❌ Sessions not used within the month are expired and cannot be rescheduled.

Our hybrid coaching programs are designed for structure, accountability, and results. To maintain quality and fairness for all students, all coaching sessions must be used within the active billing cycle.

If you need to reschedule a booked session, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. We cannot guarantee makeup sessions for missed or late-canceled appointments.

 

Instructor Availability & Coaching Coverage

Elite French Mastery may reserve up to two (2) months per calendar year for instructor vacation, professional development, or personal leave. During this time:

  • All self-paced lessons and materials remain fully available.

  • Live Zoom sessions may be paused or led by a trained substitute French tutor from our instructional team.

  • Substitutes are held to the same standards and use the same curriculum to ensure program consistency.

  • No sessions will be “rolled over” during this period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Elite French Mastery reserves the right to modify session scheduling or staffing while upholding the program’s educational outcomes and standards.

❌ Exclusions from Refund Eligibility

  • Violation of Course Terms:
    Participants who share course materials, engage in unauthorized distribution of content, or violate our Terms of Service will not be eligible for a refund.

 

     

 

     

4. Default and Non-Payment Policy

 

  • Failure to resolve the payment within this period may result in suspension or cancellation of course access without refund.

  • Access to any future unlocked levels will be restricted until all due payments are fulfilled.

5. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes to these terms will be reflected on the Company’s website and will take immediate effect.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By completing the enrollment process and submitting payment, Participants agree to:

✅ The terms outlined in this Refund and Payment Policy.
✅ Adherence to all requirements for refund eligibility.
✅ The Company’s right to deny refunds if these terms are not met.

Coaching Access & Post-Coaching Options

Enrollment in any coaching-inclusive program at Elite French Mastery includes a limited period of private coaching (via Zoom or other platforms), as defined by the selected package (typically 4 to 6 months).

 Coaching Access Policy

  • Access to private tutoring sessions is available only during the active coaching period, which begins at enrollment and ends after the number of months specified in your plan.

  • Coaching sessions must be booked and completed within the defined coaching period.

  • ❌ Unused sessions do not roll over, accumulate, or transfer into future months.

 

     

 After Coaching Ends

Once your coaching period ends:

  • You will no longer have access to private Zoom sessions unless additional coaching is purchased.

  • You may continue learning independently using the full self-paced course content.

 Coaching Upgrades & Add-Ons

You may purchase additional coaching in the form of:

  • Monthly coaching extension packages (e.g., 1–2 additional months)

  • À la carte single or multi-session bundles

  • Special sprint or refresher programs offered seasonally

Upgrade options will be provided via email and inside your member dashboard before your coaching period ends. Continued participation in coaching requires a separate payment and does not extend the original coaching access window.

 

 

Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: All content on the Site, including courses, materials, and branding, is the intellectual property of POWERANDROSES HOLDINGS LTD. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

  2. Limited License: When you purchase a course, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for personal use.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for illegal purposes.

  • Share your account credentials or course materials with others. Sharing login information or course content with unauthorized individuals will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to access the source code of our platform.

     

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  1. No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to provide high-quality courses, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or exam success.

  2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, POWERANDROSES HOLDINGS LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

 

    3-Year Full Access Policy for All Courses

 

 

1. Scope of Access

Upon successful enrollment in any course offered by Master French Pro, including but not limited to:

  • TEF/TCF Mastery Programs (A1–B2, A1–C1, etc.)

  • Comprehensive DELF/DALF Courses (A1–C2)

  • BBB, BCB, CCC Government French Exam Prep

  • AP, GCSE, IB (Grades 10, 11, and 12) French Courses

  • DELF Junior and Specialized French Programs

You will receive 3 years of full access to all course materials.

 

 

3. Non-Transferability & Login Security

  • Course access is strictly non-transferable and tied to the individual who enrolled in the course.

  • Sharing login credentials or granting unauthorized access to third parties is a violation of our terms and conditions and may result in immediate termination of course access without refund.

 

 

     

 

     

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments for EliteFrenchMastery courses are final and non-refundable .

  • If a student opts for a monthly installment plan, access to subsequent levels will unlock monthly after each successful payment.

  • Full access to all course materials will be provided only after completing all installment payments.

5. No Extensions Without Renewal

  • Failure to renew course access within 30 days after expiration will result in permanent termination of course access.

  • Once course access is terminated, re-enrollment may be required at the current course price.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

EliteFrenchMastery reserves the right to modify course content, pricing, and policies as necessary to reflect ongoing improvements and market conditions.
No guarantees are provided regarding individual student outcomes, as success depends on consistent practice, study habits, and adherence to the course structure.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, Canada. Residents of California, the European Union, United Kingdom, Dubai, and Canada must adhere to these Terms, and any disputes arising in these regions will be resolved under applicable local laws in conjunction with British Columbia laws.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
